Surface-layer fixes from a repo audit: - Add Apache-2.0 LICENSE, a GitHub Actions CI (projection tests), and README badges. - Quick Start now launches the NaturalNav nodes, not just the sim. - Local-Ollama default made consistent across README, .env, and launch. - Correct setup.py description, add the tf2_geometry_msgs dep, drop stale Open-RMF refs. - Document the xai provider, delete the orphaned config YAML, refresh example model IDs.
